IsaThuto is a young and dynamic organisation formed in 2020 as a joint venture between stakeholders in Botswana and the United Kingdom aimed at supporting African clients within the aviation industry through the provision of safety, quality and learning solutions. With a recognised heritage in airline and airport operations the IsaThuto team of subject matter experts share the goal of imparting their considerable technical knowledge, expertise, competencies, and experiences to the benefit of organisations in need of support. The IsaThuto Team of advisors have held senior management positions within the aviation industry many of which are currently IATA registered Instructors and/or IOSA/ISAGO Auditors having previously been engaged in aviation operational and training roles for more than three decades in Africa, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Our philosophy is to provide hands on practical solutions with the principle of developing a client’s ability to support themselves being paramount.
Based in Gaborone, Republic of Botswana, IsaThuto is strategically located to provide cost effective services throughout Africa. Exposure to culturally diverse environments has enabled members of the IsaThuto team to become culturally sensitive when assessing a client’s needs.
